KWOF is a commercial radio station located in Downtown Denver, transmitting from Broomfield, Colorado, broadcasting to the Denver-Aurora Metropolitan Area on 92.5 FM. KWOF airs a country music format branded as "The Wolf". It is currently under ownership of Wilks Broadcasting, which has bought the entire Denver radio cluster (including KWOF) from CBS Radio.

The station was originally licensed to Greeley before being moved to Broomfield. Prior to 1990, it broadcast a hybrid country/country-rock format under the call letters KYOU. The calls changed to KDHT, and under the programming leadership of Ira Gordon became one of the earliest folk/americana/AAA hybrids.

In 1993, APB Broadcasting reached a deal to sell KDHT 92-5 to Premier Radio for $3.5 Million. Premier would change the format to Country KZDG "Big Dog Country 92.5"

In 1996 this station became the home to Denver's Classical Outlet KVOD. KVOD's Classical format was at the 99.5 Frequency until it was sold from Henry Broadcasting. Tribune reached a deal with Chancellor media to move KVOD over to their newly acquired 92.5 frequency which was formerly KZDG.

In May of 1999, Chancellor Media decided to move KVOD's classical format to 1280 AM. With the emergence of Jammin Oldies in such markets as Chicago, Fresno, and Los Angeles, Chancellor decided to launch the format Rhythmic Oldies in Denver.

92.5 was changed to KDJM "Jammin 92.5." This was a Rhythmic "Jammin' Oldies" format unique to the Denver area consisting of Classic Soul, Disco and R&B. Artists were played such as Marvin Gaye, The Gap Band, Teena Marie & Chaka Kahn.

In 2000 Clear Channel merged with AM-FM in which it had to sell stations to meet its ownership rules according to the FCC. KDJM was sold to Infinity Broadcasting along with KXKL, & KIMN. Under Infinity Broadcasting, the station was known as "Jammin Oldies & More" with a broader playlist of newer R&B and Old School.

On December 15th 2005 @ 9am CBS decided to bring back the format back as country which was already tried as KZDG a few years prior. KDJM suffered low ratings because of poor promotion and marketing. The station became known as "Willie 92.5 - Wide Open Country" and played an eclectic mix of old and new Country Western music.

In 2006, the station was renamed "92.5 - The Wolf" and focused on newer Country artists. The former format was moved to KWLI's HD Radio digital channel 2 signal.

On March 9th, 2009 92.5 The Wolf changed its call letters from KWLI-FM to KWOF-FM after being acquired by Wilks Broadcasting. The former Jammin Oldies format of KDJM has been relaunched on 101.5 KTNI as of September of 2010.
