WOFX-FM (92.5 FM) is a classic rock radio station located in Cincinnati, Ohio. It is owned and operated by Cumulus Media and broadcasts with an effective radiated power of 16,000 watts. The station was the flagship station for the Cincinnati Bengals until the 2008 preseason and is also the Cincinnati affiliate for the Bob and Tom morning radio show.

The history of the station dates back to August 19, 1964, when it first signed on as WZIP. It initially had a format that focused on jazz and news programming from CBS. However, in 1966, the format changed to country music. The station was later sold to Woody Sudbrink in 1971, and its call letters were changed to WWEZ. The format was then changed to beautiful music. In 1991, the station switched to playing soft rock and underwent another call letter change to WIMJ, branded as "Magic 92."

WOFX-FM, also known as "The Fox," began broadcasting on 94.9 on July 22, 1988, replacing a soft rock station called WLLT. In 1994, a rival station took over the 92.5 frequency and replaced WIMJ's soft rock format with a classic rock format. This new station was called "The Point" and had the call sign WPPT. In September 1995, Jacor Communications (later acquired by Clear Channel) purchased the intellectual property and callsign of WOFX and moved them to the 92.5 dial position.

In August 2008, Clear Channel put WOFX-FM up for sale, along with sister station WNNF, to settle regulatory issues related to the company's sale to private equity firms. In January 2009, Cumulus Media was selected as the buyer, and the transaction was completed by swapping five of their radio stations in Wisconsin.

WOFX-FM continues to provide Cincinnati listeners with a classic rock format and serves as the city's affiliate for the Bob and Tom morning radio show. [*]
