Before the days of REM FM, the very same team of presenters and journalists who now produce REMfm, was awarded the Premio Ondas for the best local radio station in Spain, back in 2000.
REM FM was also proud to receive an award from the Foreigners Department of the Mijas Town Hall recognizing the important role that REM FM plays in our “multi-cultural” society.
Our Executive presenter, Mary Harboe recently won “Commicator of the Year Award” from the Costa del Sol Press Club for her groundbreaking reports on the reconstruction of Sri Lanka – post Tsunami.
REM FM has received an award from Cudeca (cancer care hospice) for our support and fund raising activities.
