CORO FM hit the airwaves on 22 nd December 2000 amid a lot of excitement. Our broadcast studios were then located at Kasarani. During our inauguration, we were heard in Central Kenya, Parts of Rift Valley, Parts of Ukambani and Masailand.

A relaunch of CORO FM on January of 2006 has widened our reach and also increased our internship. Among the Kikuyu language Broadcasters, we are leading in listnershio in Meru, Nyeri, Muranga, Nyadarua and Think. A position we intend to keep.

Here at CORO FM , we have provide a wide rage of programs that cover every aspect of life so as to enrich the life of our listener.

At CORO FM , we hold a music library that has the latest and songs from long ago. With such a library, we are able to cater for all ages of music lovers from those who want the latest to those interest in music of yesteryears.

We do take time to update our listener on the daily occurrences. Our news is geared towards satisfying the needs of all. From small business men, farmers, students and holders of white colour jobs.
